David Kennedy, Jr. has been practicing law in Donelson and the surrounding communities for more than 20 years. Over that period, he has established himself as one of the most trusted attorneys in the area. 

 

David graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1996, and he immediately joined his father's practice out of law school, where he worked along side many noteworthy attorneys. David took over the practice when his father, Randy Kennedy, was appointed to the 7th Circuit Court of Davidson County in 2003.

 

David has a tremendous amount of legal experience in a wide variety of legal matters. He has maintained a varied practice with an emphasis on civil and criminal litigation, wills and estates, personal injury and family law. David lives in Old Hickory with his wife Rachel and his three children.
