David Kennedy, Jr.
Over two decades of probate and litigation experience
David Kennedy, Jr. has been practicing law in Donelson and the surrounding communities for 27 years. Over that period, he has established himself as one of the most trusted attorneys in the area.
David graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1996, and he immediately joined his father's practice out of law school, where he worked along side many noteworthy attorneys. David took over the practice when his father, Randy Kennedy, was appointed to the 7th Circuit Court of Davidson County in 2003.
David has a tremendous amount of experience in a wide variety of legal matters. He has maintained a varied practice with an emphasis on estate planning and probate, civil and criminal litigation, personal injury, and family law.
David has served on the Board of Directors of the Mt. Juliet League since 2020 and lives in Old Hickory with his wife Rachel and his three children.
